Onchain downside protection: pay one premium for the right to sell at your chosen floor before expiry, even if the market falls.

Uses annualized volatility from a fixed ETH options snapshot. Capital cost: 8% annualized; buffer: 20% of model value; Floor fee: 10% of the total. These charges are planning assumptions. Components are rounded for display.
Pricing method and assumptionsHypothetical scenarios, not forecasts. The estimated premium is paid once and non-refundable. Exercise requires delivering the asset before expiry and is not automatic. Examples exclude gas, trading fees and slippage, and assume the settlement stablecoin holds $1. Final terms are in development.
Protection is the product. $FLOOR is the proposed token for helping choose where that protection expands next.
Proposed votes on which assets Floor supports next and the limits on protocol fees.
Help decide how protocol funds support development and new markets.
Proposed incentives for underwriters who lock the collateral that funds protection.

Protection stays independent of $FLOOR’s price.
The proposed role is shared control: holders would help set the direction of future markets, fee limits and treasury spending. Protection itself would be backed by locked settlement assets, not by buying or holding $FLOOR.
Protection purchases would generate premiums for underwriters and a disclosed fee for the treasury. Holders would help direct that treasury; proposed token incentives would reward committed underwriting capital. More product usage does not automatically create token demand or increase its price.
All utilities remain proposals. Supply, launch circulation, allocations, vesting, liquidity arrangements and voting rules are not finalized. No token sale or contract address is available yet. Existing protection terms would stay fixed; holding $FLOOR would not automatically entitle you to protocol revenue.

In the proposed protocol, underwriters lock collateral to fund the agreed exit price and earn premiums for taking the risk. Floor would earn a disclosed share of the premium. No underwriting partners are announced and no contracts are deployed. This is the design we are exploring.
No. A stop-loss attempts to sell when a price is reached, and the actual fill can differ. This proposed protection gives you a collateral-backed right to sell at a specified price during the coverage period, subject to the contract’s terms.
The exit right ends and the premium is not refunded. In this proposed model you must exercise before expiry to use the floor; exercise is not automatic.
No. Beta signup does not reserve tokens or protection. $FLOOR’s proposed roles are governance and capital incentives; supply, allocations and vesting are not finalized. There is no token sale, contract address or deposit flow on this site.
